Martin Levenson

Senior Director of Strategy and Innovation

Martin Levenson is an expert in the incorporation of new technologies in public administration institutions in Latin America, of public policy design, and in managing projects focused on administrative modernization, information systemization and processes redesign. As senior director of strategy innovation at AIR, he uses his expertise in new technology, capacity development, institutional strengthening, and performance evaluations to lead AIR Mexico’s innovation team in institutional strengthening, training, and data science, providing crosscutting support to the Mexico office portfolio of projects.

Levenson has broad experience in the education sector, both as a trainer and leading the design of education systems.
